Overheard in 52w14 #16

ok first here's the back story. our friend lindsay has lived in nyc for 4 years now. shes JUST starting to learn how to use the subways (we're so proud of her) and she also very rarely ventures off the island.

me: wanna hear something nutty?
lindsay: sure
me: my parents favorite sushi place in vail is closing and moving to williamsburg.
lindsay: colonial williambsurg?!?!!?

we'll cut her some slack because it was her birthday. this is the card she got. lucky girl.
